Every athlete’s path is different, and the right support depends on the moment, goals and situation. That’s why Likel offers multiple ways to work together, from individual sparring sessions to commercial representation, education, and full management.
An athlete can start with a single sparring session, build their commercial foundation through representation and later move into full management support. Alongside this, Likel Academy offers education and tools for athletes, families, clubs and sports organisations.
Likel Sparring
Expert guidance when you need clarity, perspective or next steps.
Not every athlete needs full time management, but many benefit from trusted advice, experienced insight, and an outside perspective during important moments of their career.
Likel Sparring gives athletes the opportunity to book a personal sparring session with the expert whose experience best supports their current situation and goals. To inquire about availability and book a session, please contact info@likel.fi.
Sessions can focus on topics such as personal branding, commercial opportunities, social media, contracts, career planning, athlete wellbeing or simply gaining clarity for the next steps.

Likel Representation
Commercial representation for athletes building their future.
Likel Representation is designed for athletes who already have visibility or commercial potential, but do not currently need full personal management.
The service helps athletes build their commercial foundation, strengthen their personal brand and open doors to new partnership opportunities through the Likel network.
Likel acts as the athlete’s commercial representative and support team while the athlete remains focused on sport and performance.
The service includes
- commercial representation by Likel
- dedicated contact person
- yearly strategy meeting (1.5 h)
- monthly follow up meeting (1 h / month)
- planning of commercial opportunities with Likel experts
- personal brand and positioning workshop
- visibility in Likel channels and website
- sales work through the Likel manager network
- media card and promotional materials
Additional services such as content production, photography and athlete introduction videos are available separately or can be included as part of a tailored service package.

Likel Keynotes bring athletes, managers and sports professionals to events, organisations and communities to share authentic experiences, practical insights and inspiring stories from elite sport and life around it.
Topics can range from sponsorship, brand building, leadership, resilience and teamwork to athlete wellbeing, entrepreneurship and the realities of modern elite sport.
Every keynote is tailored to the audience and event.
