Sisu Seliö

Sisu Seliö is a 14-year-old Finnish sailor whose passion for the sea and sharp instincts on the water have already brought him remarkable success. In 2025, he won the Zoom Dinghy World Championships, the Estonia Optimist Dinghy Championship, and was the best Finnish sailor at the Optimist World Championship. At home, Sisu has been unstoppable, capturing his third consecutive Finnish Optimist Championship gold this year. His calm focus, natural feel for the wind and water, and love for being out at sea define his sailing style.

Sisu is now aiming for a sports high school to take the next step on his journey. His ultimate dream is to one day represent Finland at the Olympic Games.
