Mitra Honka is a Finnish HYROX athlete driven by a passion for continuous improvement, purposeful training, and pushing her limits. As a competitive athlete and certified HYROX coach, she combines her experience in the sport with a strong desire to help others reach their goals. Her ambition is to become one of Finland’s leading HYROX athletes and compete at the highest level internationally.

Mitra is known for her determination, energy, and ambition. Outside of sport, she enjoys taking on new challenges, staying active, and spending time with friends.
